Below you will find a list of all the clubs and organizations that we offer at Clarenceville HS. If you are interested in joining or want to learn more regarding one please make sure to ask the corresponding staff member about your opportunities. 

Our Pledge

We are met in a spirit of friendship and goodwill as we prepare for careers in a world-class workforce. We work together to develop professionalism and leadership through Business Professionals of America and pledge our loyalty to our nation.

General Information

Business Professionals of America is a national career and technical student organization consisting of 23 state associations and more than 54,000 members. The organization serves students who are currently, or were previously enrolled, in a business education program at a secondary or postsecondary institution. Chapters are located in high schools, career/technical centers, postsecondary technical institutions, junior and community colleges, and colleges and universities.

The mission of Business Professionals of America is to contribute to the preparation of a world-class workforce through the advancement of leadership, citizenship, academic, and technological skills.

SEE YOU IN ORLANDO THIS SPRING!

National Honor Society is an extracurricular activity open to 10th, 11th, and 12th graders who have a minimum of a 3.3 career GPA. The application process includes consideration of personal achievements as well as teacher recommendations.

Students are required to perform 10 hours of community service each trimester. The NHS also raises money and gives donations to various charities within the community.

Student Congress:


Purpose: The Student Congress shall represent the student body of CHS and serve as the decision making body of the school, acting as a liaison when presenting views and opinions of the students to the administration.


General Information: The Student Congress plans and hosts many school functions and is a year-long commitment where attendance and participation is expected. Student Congress representatives are expected to keep their grades up, maintaining at least a 2.5 GPA, throughout the school year.


Student Body elections happen every May for the upcoming school year for each of the following:

 Senior Class

 Junior Class

 Sophomore Class 

 Freshmen Class

Senior Portrait Yearbook Specs

If you take your senior portraits with Prestige Portraits OR wish to use your current i.d. photo, you do not need to submit a portrait to the yearbook staff.

If you take your senior portraits with any other photographer other than Prestige, you DO need to submit your portraits to the yearbook staff via Karlie.Sherwood@clarencevilleschools.org with SENIOR PORTRAIT: FIRSTNAME_LASTNAME or a hard copy in Ms. Sherwood's mailbox. 

Specs for other photographers: Traditional head and shoulder pose with a blue/gray background.

Print size must be a minimum of 1½”X 2” and a head size of exactly 1” from the top of the hair to the bottom of the chin. If photos are submitted electronically, they must be submitted as a 300 dpi jpg file.
